 We can provide Quantum or Quantity Surveying Expert Witness services in any construction dispute whether our clients require assistance in Preparing Claims or Defences, would like up front Expert Advice with settlement in mind, or whether Expert Witness Evidence and Testimony is required.  We have over 18 years of construction experience working for a mixture of Employer and Contractor organisations.  We  provide service to clients in Litigation, Arbitration, Adjudication and Mediation proceedings.

We have a wide range of experience in Preparing Claims or Defences,  providing Expert Advice and / or Expert Witness Evidence and Testimony in relation to the following common issues:
